Can you make the website look the way I want?
Yes. We build around your business and preferences: your colours, logo, photos, content, and real customer testimonials you have permission to share. Tell us what you like and what matters to your customers. If you’re unsure, we’ll help you choose a direction. Your quote confirms the features, content, and revision rounds included.
Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. Tell us about your business in your own words. We’ll explain the options and guide you through the decisions.
How long will my website take?
Timing depends on the size of your site, the content you have ready, and feedback. We’ll agree on a realistic timeline in your quote.
What do I need to provide?
Your business details, services, preferred colours, logo if you have one, and any photos, text, or real customer testimonials you want to include. Share websites you like, too. We’ll give you a clear checklist and discuss help if you need it.
Will I know the full price before you start?
Yes. Starter is $499 CAD, Business is $999 CAD, and Premium is $1,799 CAD for the included package features. Enterprise projects are quoted individually. Before work begins, we’ll confirm what’s included in writing and explain any taxes, website address or hosting charges, or optional extras. We only start once you’ve agreed. If you ask for something extra later, we’ll explain the cost and get your approval first.
Can you take care of getting my website online?
Yes. We’ll help you choose and register your website address — like yourbusiness.ca — and set up the service that keeps your website available online. If you already have an address, we can help connect it to your new site. We’ll explain any yearly or monthly charges before you agree, and make sure your website address is registered in your name. You don’t need to understand the technical side — we’ll guide you through it.
Will I be able to update my website?
We’ll discuss the best editing setup for your needs before building. If you need changes later, we can quote them separately. Enterprise accounts can also choose an optional Enterprise Care subscription.
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No. We can make your pages clear to visitors and search engines, but rankings depend on many factors. We don’t promise positions, traffic, or sales results.
